Crema & Cream Cafe Bistro + Coffee Lab sits quietly on Timog Avenue, offering a blend of café culture and full dining experience that feels particularly well-suited for those looking to balance casual coffee moments with a more substantial meal. Occupying a generous two-story, industrial-styled space, the café draws in people who appreciate good coffee and thoughtfully prepared food under one roof.

Locals often slip in here for a midday break or a relaxed weekend stop, taking advantage of the café’s focus on quality single-origin beans, which stand out in the crowded coffee scene of Quezon City. The lineup of drinks includes expertly crafted options like Flat Whites and Cortados that coffee enthusiasts will appreciate for their smoothness and balance. The presence of a roastery on-site gives a certain credibility to their brews—those who know their coffee tend to come here for fresh, carefully roasted flavors.

Beyond coffee, the menu stretches into hearty territory with offerings like USDA steak and fries, jerk chicken, and poke bowls, hinting at a kitchen comfortable with diverse tastes. Diners can settle in for a full meal, with the atmosphere on the second floor lending a distinctly urban, understated vibe—good for lingering over a bite or chatting away a couple of hours with friends. Quick service is generally expected but note that some dishes like pasta and pizza can take a bit longer during peak times.

The vibe is relaxed but deliberate, making it an easy spot for a casual meet-up, informal work session, or just some well-needed coffee respite from the bustle nearby. The space is roomy with a quiet energy that fits well for locals who want a calm pause without the noise of crowded main streets. It’s particularly useful for visitors who want both their caffeine fix and a sit-down meal without hopping around to different places.

While the bakery items like croissants and cookies, especially white chocolate pistachio and chocolate chip varieties, earn nods from regulars, the café’s standout feature remains its serious commitment to coffee—selling not just drinks but also beans, encouraging repeat visits from aficionados. Facilities and comfort are mostly straightforward, with bathrooms described as clean and functional, though practical details like tissue dispensers and touch-free exits could be improved.

For anyone passing through Diliman or locals living nearby, Crema & Cream offers a solid balance between coffee craftsmanship and substantial dining, all wrapped in an unpretentious setting that invites lingering without pressure. Early afternoon and early evening visits tend to fit the atmosphere best, whether for a caffeine boost to get through the day or a light dinner paired with a well-pulled coffee.

We had an amazing dining experience at Crema and Crema! We ordered the USDA steak and fries and truffle pasta — both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The steak was tender and juicy, while the truffle pasta was rich, creamy, and so satisfying. For drinks, we had the strawberry peach iced tea and fruit punch, both super refreshing and just the right level of sweetness. We ended our meal with their cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious — smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet. Overall, everything was so good — great food, drinks, and dessert! Highly recommend Crema and Crema for anyone looking for a cozy spot with excellent dishes and drinks.

This place became my respite during a chaotic visit back home to my family in Manila this past month. I'm so grateful this place was just across the street from my sister's condo, it's kind of tucked away and you have to look for it to find it which I love. First of all, excellent coffee!!!! In a place where coffee shops are all over the place, I was so glad to find a place that served quality coffee. Second of all, they also served great food in big servings. Third, this is the kind of coffee shop you'd stay at for hours because they've created such a great space for you to feel comfortable. There are plenty of tables and seats for people, but it's never too busy where I feel like I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing. Lastly, the staff was incredibly kind and was always so attentive to my needs. I wish I had introduced myself to them, but they were all so so kind to me. Thank you to all of you for making my trip back home much more bearable! I look forward to coming back again soon. **There are not a lot of outlets, but people would sometimes bring an extension cord and they did not mind that. I would just always charge my electronics before hanging out there. Or bring a power bank!**

One of the few coffee roastery in QC area. They serve good quality coffee. We enjoyed my Why Not Coconut and Flat White. Service was great and the place is spacious.

Great service and good drinks. Food was okay Take out wait time was 15-20 minutes for pasta and pizza. Cookies were good (white chocolate pistachio and chocolate chip). Bathroom situation was decent. Bidet was fine and not too strong or weak, and tissue was available by the roll. Although, there is no tissue dispenser. You'll also have to touch the door on the way out, but there are two sinks outside.

November 2025 Unassuming local cafe, restaurant and coffee roaster in QC The establishment takes up the whole industrial looking building while having a very urban vibe inside the 2nd level. The place has a substantial food menu and equally substantial selection of Single Origin beans selection, arguably one of the most numerous for a local cafe. They definitely take their coffee here seriously. With a separate menu for coffees. Definitely will try there food someday.

Before even stepping foot in Manila for a quick vacation, I'd already heard whispers of Crema and Cream's excellence through positive reviews abroad, and my recent visit confirmed every rave. This cafe lives up to its reputation and more! Its location is incredibly accessible, along Timog Avenue. The moment you walk through the door, you're enveloped by the inviting, flavorful aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans – it's truly a sensory delight that sets the stage for what's to come. The food here is simply outstanding. The Cafe Ribs were a highlight, but the Pork Shoulder truly stole the show, easily ranking as the best pork I've had in a long while. To complement the meal, I tried the Why Not Coconut iced coffee concoction, which was delightful (though I do wish there was a hot version!). The hot Spanish Latte was perfectly balanced and paired exquisitely with their delicious Banoffee Pie. Overall, my experience at Crema and Cream was nothing short of wonderful, which is why I keep coming back for more! I even took home a bag of their signature coffee beans to share with my family.

This café has been on my must-visit list, and I finally had the chance to try it. As someone who enjoys pour-over coffee, I was pleased to find a decent selection of quality beans. The coffee was served simply and without unnecessary frills — just pure, honest coffee the way I like it. When it comes to food, my experience was mixed. The Pink Toast looked promising, but it was a little too soaked in spread and toppings, leaving the bread soft instead of having that satisfying crunch. On the other hand, the Miso Mushroom Pasta was the highlight of the meal — flavorful, well-balanced, and something I would gladly recommend to others. Service was quick and efficient, though the staff seemed so busy that there wasn’t much time for a warm welcome. One detail worth noting is the foyer area; it could use more attention to cleanliness, as the visible trash and dust were not the most inviting sight for guests. Despite these small setbacks, the quality coffee and standout pasta make this café worth a return visit — especially for those looking to enjoy a well-brewed cup in a relaxed setting.
